Pickleball with Purpose: Supporting Monmouth County’s Veterans
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity hosted our 4th Annual “Hitting Close to Home for Veterans” Pickleball Tournament at the New Shrewsbury Racquet Club. The energy was amazing, as was the camaraderie and the cause. 61st Habitat for Humanity Partner Family Celebrates Home Dedication in Middletown

Freehold, NJ – August 11, 2023 – Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County (HFHMC) was delighted with the success of its 12th annual “Golf for Homes” outing, held on Monday, August 7, 2023. Held at Beacon Hill Country Club in Atlantic Highlands for the third consecutive year, the event garnered excellent support from the community, drawing close to 60 golfers and additional 20 guests for the dinner reception. SRS Distribution and USA Building Maintenance Team Up With Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County on Veteran Roofing Projects

March 2023 – Freehold/Asbury Park, New Jersey – Coastal Habitat for Humanity is excited to announce the expansion of the L.I.F.T. (local initiative for troops) veteran housing repair program, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Monmouth County. President Jimmy Carter’s Impact on Monmouth County
April 11- Freehold NJ: Former President Jimmy Carter’s passion for affordable housing began during his presidency when he saw firsthand the devastating effects of poverty and inadequate housing. He became a vocal advocate for affordable housing, and his efforts led to the creation of the National Affordable Housing Act, which provided funding for low-income housing projects. After leaving office, Carter continued to champion affordable housing as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity for more than 35 years. 11th Annual Golf for Homes Outing a Success!

Middletown, NJ: On Saturday, June 11, 2022, Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County was the recipient of $60,000 in funding from the Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA).
