Your Summer Gift Can Change Lives

August 12, 2024

Dear Friends,

It has been a little over a month since Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County and Coastal Habitat merged to form one stronger organization dedicated to serving all of Monmouth County

Our new name, Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity, reflects this unified commitment to strengthening our mission of helping deserving families build brighter futures in every town, county-wide. We invite you to come on this journey with us to make a meaningful impact.

Together we will be breaking ground on more houses; building more ramps and rails, and accomplishing more necessary repairs to create safer and more affordable homes. Your continued support makes this possible, bringing us closer to our vision of a community where everyone has a decent place to call home.

“We are so humbled and appreciative to finally have a place we can call home, a place where we can create lasting memories and build a future filled with happiness.”
– Amanda, Habitat Homebuyer

“My husband is a retired veteran. It is hard for us to keep up with our house, physically and financially. The Habitat volunteers came out and replaced our loose railings and uneven walkway, and worked in our yard. I was so appreciative, all I could do was go in my house and cry.” – Martha, Recent L.I.F.T. Partner Family

Every donation, regardless of size, plays a crucial role in creating lasting change. Your support has the power to transform lives and build stronger, more resilient communities throughout Monmouth County, from our beautiful shores to our vibrant farm towns.

Your contribution to our upcoming home builds and programs like Aging in Place and L.I.F.T. (local initiative for troops)/Veterans Build will directly change even more lives in our community, providing essential support and resources to deserving families and assisting those facing unexpected homeownership challenges — a reality that resonates with many of us.

Together, as a united and stronger Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity, let’s sow the seeds of hope and create a brighter tomorrow for the families in our community.

Gratefully,

Diane Kinnane
