Monmouth Habitat Invites Homebuyers to Apply for Affordable House in Wall
FREEHOLD, N.J. (Dec. 11, 2025) – Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity Invites Homebuyers to Apply for Affordable Home in Wall Township
Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity has taken another step toward expanding affordable homeownership in the county. The organization recently broke ground on its 85th home, a new three-bedroom, 1.5-bath, 1,500-square-foot single-family build on Walling Avenue in Wall Township. The home is expected to be completed in early summer of 2026, and with construction now underway, the search for the future homeowner has officially begun.
A New Home – and a New Opportunity for a Local Family
Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity is accepting applications from moderate-income households – those earning 60â80% of the area median income – who are ready for the stability and affordability of Monmouth County Habitatâs homeownership program.
This build is the second Habitat home in Wall Township this year.
Who Should Apply?
Moderate income in Monmouth County (2025) ranges from $67,896 to $124,960, depending on household size. Eligibility guidelines include: View 2025 income limits.
