Support Affordable Housing – Buy a 50/50 Raffle Ticket
Golf for Homes is one of our major fundraising events supporting our programs. While you may be most familiar with the new homes we build, your support also has a tremendous impact on seniors and Veterans, and those affected by age or disability, allowing them to live safely in their own homes, through our Aging in Place and LIFT Veterans Build programs. Projects include the construction of wheelchair ramps and rails, minor interior and exterior repairs, and yard cleanups.
Drawing will take place during our 14th Annual Golf for Homes outing at approximately 3:00 PM on Monday, September 29, 20925, at Jumping Brook Country Club. Winner need not be present to win.
$10 per ticket! How to Purchase a Raffle Ticket:
- Contact Amy Williams at awilliams@monmouthhabitat.org or 732.728.0441 ext. 312 to let us know how many tickets you would like.
- Make payment through one of the following options:
- In-person: Freehold ReStore, 45 South Street, Freehold, NJ 07728
- Venmo: @MonmouthCountyHabitat – include your name and “50/50 raffle“
- Mail a check to Monmouth Habitat, 45 South Street, Freehold, NJ 07728
- Pay Online via our Donate button
- After you purchase your tickets, we will assign ticket numbers and email or text those numbers to you.
This is a 50/50 cash raffle, and the winner will receive 50% of the amount received for all tickets. Please note you must be aged 18 or older to purchase raffle tickets.
Monmouth Habitat Updates
Recent highlights since last year’s golf outing:
- 83rd home completed in Wall for a wonderful family (photos and story here).
- 84th house (Fair Haven, two-family home) underway – a partner family has been selected.
- Breaking ground on our 85th house (single-family home in Wall) before the end of the year
- Aging in Place: 4 wheelchair ramps built, 5 more in the pipeline
- L.I.F.T. Veterans Build program has completed 6 projects, with more in progress.
Last year’s 50/50 golf raffle winner received $2,135! All proceeds from the outing directly fund these programs,= which support our Monmouth County neighbors!
