The tournament is full so please no walk-ins! Only registered players will be able to play.

6:00 PM: Registration opens
6:30 PM: Warm-ups
6:45 PM: Welcome/Rules overview
7:00 PM: Tournament starts
9:00 PM: Semi-Finals
9:30 PM: Finals
9:45 PM: Medals / Silent Auction and 50/50 winners
10:00 PM: End
TOURNAMENT RULES
- Each game will be Mixed Doubles (when possible), with a randomly assigned partner determined by the Matchup software. Byes are also randomly assigned.
- Each game will be 11 minutes; no extra time.
- Expect to play at least 6 games, with a possible bye-round.
- Regular scoring, first to 11, win by 2. Scores are recorded for each individual participant for each game. Report your scores to the tournament manager at your level.
- The MatchUp software will calculate the point differential for each player based on the number of games won/lost and the score of each game. The point differential and match ratio (points divided by games played) will be used to determine the semi-final and final rounds for each level.
- The highest scorers will advance to Semi-Final and Final rounds.
- Court assignments and pairings will be provided at the event.
- Please bring your own paddle(s) and drink.
- Franklin x-40 pickleballs will be provided.
- Water and light snacks provided.
We’ll be selling 50/50 raffle tickets for $10 each and have a variety of experiences/gifts for our Silent Auction at the tournament!

The draw will take place at 9:30 PM on Saturday, March 29, 2023.
Payment must be received before draw!
Funds raised at this event will support our Veterans Build Program which includes a collaboration with Coastal Habitat for Humanity’s L.I.F.T .(Local Initiative for Troops) Veteran Housing Repairs Program. Working together on this program, we will be able to support many more veterans in Monmouth County. The L.I.F.T. Program driven by volunteer power, donations, and fundraising events, completes veteran home repair projects at no cost to the veteran. Projects include critical home repairs such as ramp installation, railing repairs, widening walkways for wheelchairs, as well as general repairs and assistance with landscape upkeep.

LEVELS OF PLAY: PLEASE SELECT YOUR LEVEL WHEN REGISTERING
Intermediate level 1: 3.0 – 3.4
Intermediate Level 2: 3.5 – 3.9
Advanced Level: 4.0 +
In order to keep the fun in this tournament, please be accurate in your rating. Pairs may be moved up or down based on the number of registrations at each level. Learn more about Pickleball Ratings.

- Registration is $75 per individual participant. Each participant will receive a t-shirt.
- Each participant to register as an individual player.
- Limited number of spots for men and women at each level of play; when spots are filled, registrants will be added to a waitlist and will be notified prior to the event if spots open up.
- Expect to play 6-7 games with a bye round.
- Mixed doubles/random pairs for each game using Matchup software.
- Time limit of 11 minutes long for each game, no extra time.
