Our home repair program may be able to help! This program is designed to help eligible low and moderate-income homeowners in Asbury Park with house repairs.

We can help with:

  • Exterior repairs
  • Ramps & Rails
  • Minor bathroom and kitchen repairs
  • Accessiblity modifications

Funding for this program is made possible through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

FAQ

The first step is to complete the pre-qualification form. An application and documents to verify income and homeownership are required.

This paperwork is needed to verify you are eligible for assistance. In some cases we are able to provide additional assistance based on the information provided and home inspection.

Each application and its supporting documents are reviewed by our committee. Notification can take up to 2 weeks.

Family Services Manager, Marianne Herring, will contact you with the status of your application.

There no cost to eligible homeowners.
